You are cordially invited to join Women in Film & TV – Florida (WIFT-FL) and IDEAS for a Legislative Info Session outlining current efforts and goals to replenish the Florida Film & Entertainment Incentive Program.
Sheena Fowler (Film Commissioner, Orlando), John Lux (Chief Operating Officer, IDEAS) and Dave Caserta (Lobbyist, Film Florida) will talk about what has been done over the past months and what needs to happen through the current legislative session to ensure the tax credit incentive program is replenished.
WIFT-FL president Lyn Henderson will introduce the new 2014 WIFT-FL Board of Directors and give an overview of the organization. www.In addition, IDEAS will also be shooting :30 clips with personal stories of those industry workers affected by the depletion of the tax incentive program.
